RESERVATION TERMS FOR THE VILLA Méditerranée
Payments
A 25% deposit is required within 5 days of the reservation being made. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of this deposit. Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival in St. Martin . For US residents, we accept checks from US banks, for international residents, we accept payment by Travelers check, certified check.
Check-in/Out Times
Check-in: 3pm or later on arrival day.
Check-out 12 noon on departure day.
Occupancy
Maximum of 2 persons per room. Any exceptions must be approved by our company management. Rollaway beds and cribs can be rented at a fee of $10 per day.

Refunds are only given if:
- The villa is re-booked for the period of the initial booking or if a portion of the rental time is re-booked a pro-rata refund will be made.
- The villa should become unfit and no equivalent substitution is available
No refunds are made for acts of nature, such as hurricanes, however you may be entitled to reschedule your rental for up to one year after the original travel dates based on availabilty.
To protect against cancellations due to unforeseen events such as illness we strongly advise travel insurance which can be obtained when purchasing airline tickets. |
